We conducted a fun and interactive activity with adolescents, combining hands-on learning, participation, and teamwork.

Participants helped prepare and organize the ingredients, then took part in preparing and baking the manakish on the traditional saj, creating an engaging experience filled with enthusiasm and cooperation.
