As part of Diyarna Association’s efforts to empower youth and enhance their opportunities in the labor market, and in cooperation with the “Cash for Work” project, training has commenced for 12 young men and women. The aim is to develop their practical and professional skills and prepare them for entering the workforce. This training is part of ongoing efforts to update and develop the beneficiary database, thereby improving information management and facilitating more efficient and effective access to services. This is based on field surveys and continuous monitoring of beneficiary data and needs.
