Diyarouna Association conducted an awareness-raising session on Gender-Based Violence (GBV) at Sanabel Center, as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen community awareness of protection-related issues and promote safer and more informed communities.
The session included a range of interactive activities, including group work, expressive drawing, and interactive exercises, as well as an awareness-raising story related to the topic. These activities aimed to simplify key concepts and strengthen participants’ understanding of different forms of violence, their impacts, and ways to prevent and respond to them.
The session witnessed positive engagement and active participation from the attendees, contributing to the delivery of key awareness messages in a simple, safe, and effective way.
