As part of its continuous quest to enhance its institutional capacities and improve the quality of its services, Diyarna Association held a five-day training workshop, targeting the team in the association, with the participation of a number of partner associations and institutions, and focussed on MEAL
The workshop aimed to enhance the skills of participants in the field of results-based planning, and develop follow-up and evaluation tools, which contributes to improving the quality of work, raising the efficiency of performance, and enhancing the organisational and administrative structure of the participating institutions according to the best professional standards.
The workshop formed an interactive space to exchange experiences between associations and institutions, discuss practical challenges, and work to develop clear plans and mechanisms that contribute to establishing a culture of quality and accountability within organisations.
This workshop is part of the activities of the SPHERE / Esper project, which aims to support institutional capacity building and enhance the sustainability of the work of local associations.
